Wherever you go shopping for wine, you are going to find many that are from the region – just read the labels and you will see for yourself. New Zealand wine is exported to around 90 countries over the world and this number is even on the rise.

New Zealand has around 2000 vineyards so there is definitely no sign of their wine reputation going anywhere. 29,000 hectares of their vineyards are for white wine and around 8000 hectares are for red wine. No matter what type of wine you prefer, you can find a high quality one that is from this country.

Marlborough is the countries most well known and largest wine region. Even more interesting is that the Marlborough vineyard is set to increase in size enormously over the next 2 years. 6800 hectares are going to be added onto the area, which currently stands at an impressive 24.000. Probably this will make a serious dent in their bank account but the profits will be worth it!

The second largest wine region in New Zealand is Hawkes Bay, where the vineyard area is as big as about 4744 hectares. It might be surprising but the country giving New Zealand the most competition right now in terms of wine production is actually the United States. It became New Zealand’s biggest export back in 2015, overtaking other countries.

As a country, New Zealand made sales of $579 million in exported wine this year. They remain high on the list of best wines in the world because they are always doing their best to improve, creating the most amazing wines that people all over the world can enjoy.

Wine and other alcohol will be served to anyone inside, as you have to be at least 18 to enter the premises anyway. Most casinos will not serve customers who are clearly drunk and depending on your behaviour if this is the case, you might even be asked to leave the premises.

At most casinos, you will be able to order drinks at the bar and take them to the table with you or you can also drink at the bar if you want a break between games. This helps you enjoy the games while you also enjoy a nice glass of wine, or maybe even 2. If you are visiting a more upper class casino, you might even be served by waiters at the table. This is really convenient because it means that you do not even need to take your eyes off the game but you can still get the drink of your choice delivered to you.

Perhaps you even play online casino and there is no doubt that this is a great way to make money in this day and age, should luck be on your side. Check out www.gamblers.co.nz, it is a website where you can deposit money and play your favourite games from the comfort of your home.

Perhaps you can even play on your phone while you are at the casino, this is really convenient if a table is full but you still want to gamble. No matter how you are gambling, some wine can help you relax and fully immerse you into the game. Look for New Zealand casinos in your area today and who knows what could happen?

Whatever wine you choose while you play at the casino depends on what you like. You can guarantee that there will be various red, white and rose wines available no matter what casino you are at.

Maybe you are not playing at a real casino and perhaps you are enjoying Mummy’s Gold slots or another game online from the comfort of your own home. There are such a wide variety of casino games available online and on your phone and many customers enjoy this way of gambling. Playing in this way will mean that you do not have the inconvenience of travelling to a casino and there is no need to even change from your pajamas, while simultaneously winning thousands of pounds. If you are playing online, you can still enjoy some wine – and a whole bottle at home will probably cost less than if you were to order from the bar at the casino.

We all need guilty pleasures in life and both wine and casinos could both be classed as exactly that. It doesn’t have to all be in vain however, playing casino can be way more than something to pass the time. Just take a look at this guy, maybe you could experience luck like this. Add your favourite wine to wherever you are playing casino, it will help you to relax and might even help to make you an even better player.

Many of us enjoy a glass of wine throughout our daily life and this is a particular favourite at casinos too.

Casinos do not only exist in “real life” of course, perhaps you are enjoying All slots pokies on the computer from the comfort of your own home. Whatever your situation might be, a glass of wine can make it all complete. Wine can even give you a touch more confidence, allowing you to make slightly bigger bets without going too far.

When travelling to NZ or anywhere else in the world, you are going to find many casinos. If you manage to get yourself away from the table for a moment, head to the bar and see what wines are available to quench your thirst. White, red and rose wine will be available, there will usually be big brands on offer. In addition to these big New Zealand brands that you know have great reputation, there will likely be smaller brands or “house” wine, which will be a lot cheaper but could taste just as good.

Your best bet is to ask the bar person what wine they have available and if they have any recommendations for you. You are already gambling with money so if you can afford to do it, you might as well drink the best wine possible. New Zealand is known for its amazing wine so it would be a shame to miss out on it. Whatever wine you choose, it’s sure to enhance your casino experience.

Alzheimer’s is a horrible condition that many older people sadly suffer from, with more of them being diagnosed with the illness every single day. There are many theories out there but there is no proof to the cause of this illness, which eventually makes sufferers forget who they are and everyone around them. Recent studies have shown however that drinking a glass of wine on a regular basis (and getting a good night’s sleep), can help prevent this neurodegenerative disease.

Many people claim that alcohol consumption is bad but if consumed sensibly, scientists have proven that it is actually beneficial to your health. You might be wondering why this is? Researchers at UCL have discovered that a good night sleep in combination with some little exercise and wine positively stimulate the brain. This helps to prevent the build up of plaque which makes dementia and other related conditions thrive. They don’t know much else about this topic right not, except from the fact that red wine is more beneficial than white or rose.

Although a small glass of red wine occasionally is good for alzheimers, too much alcohol consumption is not. You could actually be slowly killing your brain cells if you drink too often/too much or a combination of the two, so keep this in mind. It’s so important that you use your common sense when drinking, realising that moderation is fine while excess is not. If you feel like your drinking is getting out of control, try and stop and find other ways to unwind.

There are many delicious red wines out there that you can keep in your cupboard and drink occasionally. Now you have an even bigger reason to drink wine than the pure enjoyment, you are also doing it for the good of your health.

When most people think of the best tasting wine in the world, they think of very expensive bottles that are extremely out of budget and from years ago, especially if this accolade is chosen by experts in the wine world. This theory has recently been thrown out of the window however, when a Morrisons £7 bottle of Sauvignon Blanc topped the Decanter World Wine Awards. These particularly awards are considered the Oscars of the wine world, so this is a pretty big achievement for such an affordable wine.

This bottle also earned itself a platinum achievement at the awards, which is usually handed out to wines that cost at least £200! This wine is from New Zealand, produced from the most divine vineyards in the country. It’s appealing to know that you can go to the bank, take out a small amount of cash and still buy an award-winning wine with it! If you love passionfruit, gooseberry and elderflower flavours, the Sauvignon Blanc is right for you because it has a combination of all these tastes. You should keep in mind that this Morrisons wine by the brand MasterCraft is usually available for £10, but it is currently on offer for £7.

The wines being judged at this awards show are all given a score out of a possible 100 points going over several categories and this wine racked up an impressive 97 points. It just goes to show that the higher the price doesn’t necessarily mean better quality. It also might teach wine snobs not to be quite so judgemental with certain wines. There could be a hidden gem lurking on any shelves in supermarkets around the world. If you have a Morrisons near you, this wine is worth picking up and experiencing for yourself before it’s all sold out!
